When I explored this in my own body, I realized that I could have fun with it. It was almost exciting to feel out of balance and let myself fall. It was empowering to physically experience myself taking back control and getting back up. You can try this at your own comfortable pace and intensity.
Try first with smaller movements and then expand if you feel confident enough. Or keep it small if that’s where you’re at – no judgment.
