From Marci: My dancing life began age 8 in gymnastics, then I was on track to try everything! Tap, ballet, jazz, performing with musical comedy, modern dance companies, theatre improvisation. I received my BA in Dance & Dance Therapy in 1978 from Columbia College, Chicago, IL studying with ADTA Charter member Jane Ganet Sigel, so I had a very early exposure to the benefits of psychological transformation & communication through the non-verbal. I’ve taught creative movement to people of all ages & levels. My curiosity to explore all forms, including martial arts, has never wavered, continue to train & learn. Currently passionate about hoop & flow/circus arts, esp. fire spinning, Salsa/Mambo/Afro-Cuban dance, and Contact Improvisation. See my YouTube channel for past & present video archives of my work in performing arts.

I also have a parallel lifelong career in bodywork & healing, specialize in lymphatic drainage detox massage & post surgery recovery, taught my 64-hr Certification Courses for 26 years in schools, wrote a book, have practiced with many health professionals & doctors. More on my website. See Press & Media.
